That is a fantastic idea! I'm all for it! Heck...I can't wait to go back! It was beautiful up there! IMHO...The area up there puts my local San Bernardino Mtns. to shame.

And Chuck... you did miss a good one! Wink See ya in Pismo. thumbs_up

  (to quote RED)
To go along with this story... the "lovebirds" photo posted a few pages back is a photo of me helping Maggie acros the same stream 5 feet up the creek from where Mike fell in.

FYI, the creek was about 4 inches deep at that point.  Roll Eyes

This is true but where is the challange in 4"? Besides it was getting a little hot anyway, and It felt kool!
Even Moose was tempted to check it out and go for it....he was up on the log too!! As you can tell I'm still trying to find excuses for this little "water slide"

I'm selling them... anybody interested?

$3,800 for everything... tires rims lugs caps.

$650 for the lowereing kit + shocks and hardwere.

it' a steal cause I need the money in a hurry... I spent $4,800 alone on the rims and another $1,400 on tires.

the lowering kit is around the $820 range + $30 bucks a shock.

Thanks Red..Right after I posted here,  I was checking out the "parts for sale" and found your string. What did you do ...raise your truck as soon as you got back home?...From lowered to raised quite a a switch I'll bet.

I got it lifted on Monday.  To be honest I love this lift! It has very little sway in it during hard hard turns. I love the fellow people going... "wait... didn't that truck have big shinny rims a week ago?"

Me and my girl are going to head down to pismo for a day or two to try out the lift. If anyone is interested in goin down for just a day or two, PM me.  thumbs_up

The next NOR-CAL meet is beng put together. It will be a 4x4 meet with a fun trail through yosemite!

Ok, here is my first attempt at posting a PIC. Hope it works.

This is a very tired little boy. This PIC is very late at night in the pitch dark. The flash worked very well.

Ugh.  I really wanted to go to this, but with the baby, it's just too much!  Well, now that my mother-in-law is living in Las Vegas, I might be able to "get away" a little easier in the future!   Grin

Cool. You should look at the Pismo meet in July and the Western Regional we are starting to plan for October. Western will be really close for you.
