Ok it is time to get this event planned and working. I just need to know if it is good for you all to come up to and then I will secure lodging for you. I have to have the entry in by April so lets get it going. Let me know if you are going to plan on coming and I will get it together. This is a evening parade so strobes and glow will be great.

Saturday, May 16, 2009
PARADE START TIME: 7:00 p.m.
PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN YOU ARE CONSIDERING YOUR ENTRY……lighted floats, flash lights with walking participants, etc.
END TIME: Approximately a 2-hour parade.
PARADE ROUTE: Downtown – Fourth Street
Staging at Charleston & Fourth Street.
Parade will go northbound on Fourth Street
from Hoover to Stewart Avenue.

Added note***** we are limited to 25 vehicles. So I guess it is first come right ?
