Please welcome our 2009 National Chevy Avalanche Get Together Committee Members Director of National Event: amd1900mp Todd Chairperson: Texascwgrl Melissa (coordinates everything and is responsible for everything) Assistant Chairperson: Just_jeepin David (helps coordinate everything) Accounting Officer: Just_jeepin (tracks all event planning expenses) Advertising Agent: Texascwgrl and Theresa (coordinate CAFCNA CC and local club participation, newspaper, radio etc) Graphics Artist: JRAM John, Scott and Raul (create logos and banners) Caravan Director: Ken-Drives Ken and Theresa, Raul (establish route maps, caravan leaders and all coordinated P&G stops) Raffle Coordinator: Texascwgrl and Theresa (track and record all prizes and winners for accounting) Welcome Bag Coordinator: Ken and Theresa, Raul (in charge of all welcome bag items - fliers, trinkets, route maps etc.) Hotel and Camping: Spork-Driver Heather, JRAM John, Texascwgrl Melissa Daily GTG Coordinators:Off road and poker events - Stella and Scott - ULTIMATE 4x4 Honorary Committee Member: LoggieCommittee Members at Large: All CAFCNA Cruise CoordinatorsCommittee Member in Memorial: goo929 |

I just wanted to take a minute to thank, once again, my San Antonio group for being a helpful and patient bunch of folks. I have so much going on and who would have guessed that this would all be taking place as I try to uphold the job of putting Nationals together for 09. I just want to make sure that everyone knows how much I appreciate all those who have put forth work for this National Event... Those who have done physical footwork...
