T-case from Escalade
«

I understand that the Escalade has an all-wheel-drive T-case. Will this work in my 1000HP zf6 speed manual Avalanche? It could be the next phase of my build.

Per my PM I sent you, no this would... It won't take the power and I don't think it will mount to the ZF6 either.

1) There is nothing bolt in available that would even come close to working.
2) The cost involved would offset the outcome by a lot!
3) I don't have my AV anymore so, no worries there.

So you did sell it then.....
And the cost obviously isn't an issue for me, neither is the fact that there is no direct bolt-in...you of all people should understand that!!!
What did you buy?

I'll put it another way, I'm pretty sure that with out changing the entire power/drivetrain out it would not be possible.
I got a 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited X...

I was looking as those when they first came out...pretty cool Jeeps. I almost got one.
My entire drive line has been replaced...nothing "1500 Av" about it anymore. I just mught be dumb enough to try it in the future
