Please Welcome Your STI VI GTG Commitee Members


Coordinator:  Heidi Ho

Co-Coordinator:  Hugz

Treasurer:  Hugz
track paypal and all expenses

Travel Hotel Coordinator:     Heidi Ho
Line up everything for the GTG

Welcome Bag Coordinator:  Heidi Ho
 in charge of all welcome bag items - fliers, trinkets, route maps etc.

Charity Coordinator:  Heidi Ho 
establish communication & coordinate promotional material and involvement

Raffle/ Fund Raising Coordinator:  Heidi Ho
establish formats of Fund raiser, and make primaty Contacts with Businesses where applicable

Cruise Coordinators:   Imtimidatoruag, moosc, Hugz
set up cruises throughout GTG..  i.e. River street, Light House, Fort Pulaski etc

Children Coordinator: Willyorca
Setup events for the kids of STI

Bull Run Tybee Island Coordinator:   ChevyGuyNC & Hugz
setup Adult/Family Hunt in Savannah & Tybee

Modding Coordinator:    JohnB

Poker Event Coordinator:  Hugz

Attending List Manager:  ChevyGuyNC

Agenda Planner:   Heidi Ho/Hugz

Competition/Contests Managers:  ChevyGuyNC, Imtimidatoruag, Crazyglue, moosc
Setup contests for Glow, Sound, Cleanest etc
Judges: Listed above, maybe adding one from hotel

Trolley Coordinator: Hugz
