OK, I know that does not sound very prestigious, but Kim and I, along with the infamous Denman, will be in town for the NRA convention and would like to extend an invitation to all the Arizona members to join us at the bar on Saturday evening, 5-16-09.  Ramada is at 8955 NW Grand Avenue in Peoria.

Kim and I were there in December (when we watched the Red Wings beat the Coyotes - but I digress) and there was a nice bar in the hotel with televisions showing varios sports events and Saturday night Karaoke.  Thumbs up!   We would like to try and spend the evening at the hotel so we can relax (we are bringing a babysitter to watch the kids) and not have to worry about driving anywhere that night.  Kim said she would buy your first drink of tap water.

Anyone up for a night of relaxation and watching Denman sing karaoke?

We have the poker run during the day but we should be able to stop by that evening. What time frame where you thinking?

Probably after dinner, maybe around 7:30 or 8:00.   chevy  Do you still have our cell number?  You can give a call later in the day and see what we have going.  Dinner will probably be a last minute guess for us, depending on how our day goes.

That is the intent.  The kids will be with the babysitter in the room.  Kim and I wont have to drive anywhere and we wont have to wake up early in the morning, until our youngest angel wakes us up.  And with Denman buying all the drinks ......  Big laughter with tears

We were there on Friday and Saturday evenings.  It was relaxing, affordable, and about a 2 minute walk to the room so it could not get much better.  Saturday Karaoke was a hit, and a few dart games and video shooting games added to the entertainment.

No worries.  We will split the bar tab and mail it to each of you.    Big laughter with tears

Uh, never mind, if I recall correctly we walked out of the bar without paying.   Cool!
