 ???I wanted to order an in-dash dvd unit for my '05 avy and I just had one question (and it may be a stupid one,but anyway:)
It's a 6.5" lcd flip out/up.Will it hit the gear selector when it opens in park?Does the shifter have to be modified?

Thats a good question. Probably not, but its all going to depend on the HU. They dont all pop out at the same lengths and so forth.

yes.  its gonna hit it.  every flip out that Ive seen in an Av hits it.  thats why I opted for a non flip version.

My flip up in my old '05 AV did not hit the gear shifter.
