We are really going to try and make it! As long as I don't have any crazy school work and the girlfriend isn't working we are definatly going to make it out! This will be our first AV GTG, so definatley looking forward to it. I will have finished all my mods including the keystone functional ram air hood by then so it would be cool to get out there and show it off!! Plus I really want to get some more ideas from you guys for some other mods! I will update as it gets closer.

Hey guys just wanted to clear up what exactly Bratfest is, as this will be our first one. So is this something the city of st. charles has going on or is this juat a avalanche owner GTG? If it is just a GTG then we would like to contribute anyway we can, so should we bring anything with us? It's a GTG at the park listed in the first post.Nothing sponsored by the city or anything like that. We'll be doing some modding and then cooking brats and eating picnic style. Bring along a side dish to share whether it be a dessert or something like beans or such. Come to think of it, no one has volunteered to bring baked beans. Well from my house St. Louis (wildwood area) is about 3-3 1/2 hrs, and according to google Jeff city is 3 hrs from my house, so it adds a bit, but honestly like I said before for somethin like this it would be alright with me! I love drivin my avalanche anyway, so any excuse to drive it more is good in my book! Plus will have just got the Keystone hood on so I am trying to see how much of an improvement I get with it and the intake system made to work with it, and ram air only really works over 45mph so even better excuse! Should see how many people are comin from the west. Maybe we could all hook up somewhere!

I wish that we COULD have made the trip. We went to the park in Ohio last weekend for Tina's GTG and only spent 3-4 hours there. Even with sunblock and trying to stay in the shade jomomma came back with hives and red all over her arms........The Dr started her on a different medication this week at my suggestion...........they keep saying that the meds that she is on has nothing to do with this but I am having my doubts.

This was one heck of a GTG!!!  We had 19 AV's and would have had 20 had Blue Devil not had troubles and had to take his back home.  Some sold old friends and made a lot of new ones!!
