Alright, I want to state that I am NOT an employee of Black Bear so mods please do not erase my posts.  I think this happened twice already!  I am only the organizer for this meet (if it happens). More info is below:

Where:  Northwest Mall; Intersection of 290 and Loop 610, Parking lot off 18th Street across from HISD Sports Complex

When: Feb 19-21 2010

How Much: $50 deposit for time slot, $200 at time of tune (total $250)

10 deposits received to make the meet a go! Time slots will be posted once 10+ deposits received.

Please PayPal your nonrefundable deposit of $50 to justin@blackbearperformance.com

Please put "Houston Tuning Trip" in the subject line and include your username.

If folks want spare modules the prices are as follows:
$60 - 96-00 Vortec
$100 - Gen-III
$160 ECM / $60 TCM - Gen-IV Trucks and SUVs

We will need to ship out the modules before the meet for people to install them and perform the security relearn prior to being tuned.

Please see www.blackbearperformance.com for more info on our products!

Edit: Do not send in your deposits now!  They will not be due until 2 months before the meet date.  With more questions either post on here or send me an email eric.mann@fmcti.com.  Thanks!

You dont need any mods!  Although it is recommended to do mods prior to the tune it will work wonders with it completely stock!  Come on guys/gals!  We only need 4 more people to get this going! Just research Black Bear Tuning a little bit and you will want one, I promise!

I'm down for the cruise and meet. but i have no money for the tuning. I'm about to put a big dent in my pocket on getting my MEI, FAB, MMI, CIC and MACBO certification classes at acoustic edge. but its a bone stock engine. I dont know if i will modify the engine because i want it to last as long as possible because its my school truck.

what tunning can be done on a stock engine?

Anything that you want can be done on a stock engine.  They mods such as exhaust and intake do NOT need to be done.  If you do decide to add mods to the drivetrain it will only help the tune.

I guess I am not following your question...or maybe you are asking specifics about EXACTLY what changes can be made with EFI live?   Like I said I am not the tuning expert or an employee of BB Tuning.  If this is the information that you want I would suggest you contact Black Bear Tuning and you can get the exact info that you need.
