Congrats to TCG and JJ for a successful 2009 National Chevy Avalanche Meet.  I know the work and effort that goes into making these events happen and I applaud you both for a job very well done.  Now, sit back, relax and get some much needed rest, you both deserve it.

trAV

Thanks!  We had a blast, but I would be remiss if I didn't call out a big thanks to JRAM for all of his efforts in pulling this event off!

JJ  Cool!

Nationals were a blast. This was my first big GTG and Mrsekgguy and I want to thank TCG, JJ and JRam for all their hard work and dedication. We were only there for a couple of days but it was start to finish events and different ways to keep everyone busy. It was great finally getting to put faces with the names and the avy's there were awesome. We can't wait to see everyone again

Again, thanks to TCG, JJ and JRam. I am sure that they are enjoying a well deserved rest.

Congratulations to Texascwgrl and all who attended Nationals '09.   Thumbs up!

I am sorry we could not make it, but Kim still has another week of school (teaching at a 12 month elementary) and Taylor stills has another week of kindergarden.  I am glad you all had a great time.

Thanks for the pictures.   chevy

We wrote up a memorial note and I was leaving one for Pete  love

National Chevy Avalanche Meet
NCAGTG 2009  -  San Antonio, TX
July 18, 2009 – July 25, 2009

GOO929 Memorial
Pete Sauceda

For those who don't know, goo929 - aka Pete, died at 6:00 PM on December 31, 2002 of a heart attack. Pete was one of the earliest members of the Chevy Avalanche Fan Club joining on February 6, 2002.  Pete was the most prolific poster on CAFCNA, and was generous with his time and money toward the club.  He was one of the strongest supporting forces and helped put together the largest meets and cruises in the club.  Pete was working on the 2003 Southwest Meet at the time of his passing.  The Chevrolet Avalanche community lost a friend, an ally and a very good man.
Pete’s Place is still the most popular spot on CAFCNA
