Hi folks-

I am in the process of upgrading my 2004 Avy 2500 to factory navigation.  Bought a new head unit but it didn't include the antenna.  I also just installed the BlueStar conversion, so I no longer need either the cell phone or the GPS antenna from the OnStar VIU.  In looking at the OnStar antennas, the one with the green connector looks like it would fit the TNR head unit.  Has anyone tried using their OnStar GPS antenna in place of the normal head unit one?  I'd rather save the $80 for a new head unit antenna and use the OnStar one instead if it will work.

thx
