Ok guys, I'm trying to find some info on the possibility of installing Cadillac's Heated and Cooled Cupholder in my 2007 Avy.  I did a search and found a thread where it had been done with the old bod style.  Has anybody tried this with the new body style?  Any part #'s?  Thanks.

OK I found a few things about this and yup I'm the one who put it in my 03.

First the AV console and the Escalade console are different and the parts are not interchangeable so you would have to change the whole console. It looks like the EXT uses the same console as a AV but they don't make a Platinum edition EXT.

The Escalade/Denali has a Up Scale interior(That's what GM calls it) and the cupholder is only available on the Escalade ESV Platinum Edition not in the EXT. You could try to get just cup holder and make it fit.

For wiring you would need a 15 amp power circuit, a switched ignition circuit, a dash lighting circuit and a ground.

Heated and cooled cupholders part number is 25991706. At gm-partsdirect the cost is

Item Number      MSRP            Price
25991706      $620.40        $367.78
Console - Center console - Bezel - Linen   Linen - Cadillac 2009

Or you could watch for one on EBay like I did, mine cost 75.00

It is a pretty good cup holder keeps it heaed to about 140 degrees and chilled to 40. Finding the cups took me about 8 month dealer want 225 bucks for them. The cups are really insolated I left ice in the AV for 5 hours in the sun and the ice did not melt.

I found the Cups on EBAY paid $7.00 for them cause there were not listed in ebay motors, but you will see some every once in a while.

Do you have any pics of the new cup holders installed?  I would like to see how it turned out.
