Let's do a Car Show.
It is open to everyone.  $10 entry fee.
Registration opens at 5PM Show is from 6PM to 10PM.
The City of Charlotte will be closing the entire Main Street for the show.

Military Salute Car Show

Let's shine up the Avys and display our American Flags!!!

Meet at Meijers Parking Lot in Charlotte between 4pm and 4:30pm.

Added this GTG to the Region III Calendar.  Thumbs up!

Who knows if it is a nice cool fall day we may cruise up for the day. I did read through the link you provided and see that there is a festival going on in town. Do you think that we would have a problem getting a  room at the Super 8 if we can make it? How are you getting along? Back to work yet?

It is a city wide festival with a professional rodeo at the fair grounds.
Call the Super 8 and book a room now.  You can always cancel it within 72 hours of arrival.   Thumbs up!
Thursday's festival will not be as packed with people as Saturday's will be. 
I hope to see you guys!!!!

The Super 8 isn't a bad little hotel.

I have talked to the coordinators for this car show.
Anyone that wants to enter can do so the day of the show.  There will be no pre-registrations.
Registration starts at 5PM and the show starts at 6PM and runs til 10PM.

Who wants to be in a car show??  It is NOT one of those fancy shows.  It is just a fun little show.

wish i could of but 3 hours of over time is nice pocket change......plus i cant really pick and choose my hours..... we work til 8 on thursdays....even tho i did absolutely nothing! lol The boss goes home at 5 Tongue

What a great time we all had!!!

I put a bunch of tags on my Avy so people could take them.  I think I gave out around 15 tags during the car show.

Thanks to all that came out.  I will post pictures when I get them downloaded.
