I have a friend that has an 07 Hummer H3 with a NAV system and the Monsoon speaker system. I have an 05 Avalanche with XM and Bose. Will this unit fit in my vehicle without hacking the crap out of things?

Appreciate any feedback.

Simple and concise answer - NO (please try searching for this kind of thing first)

Thanks Doug. Did search, tried several different ways. All boards are different, search works very well if you hit an exact match. So thanks for the slap.

i think you'll have some trouble making it work, the factory harness' are different from the 06-07 new body design.

you'd need the attn' , have to get two harness' from an audio shop, one male to fit the deck, and a female to attach to your 05.  and really, that's just a start, it might go with a lot of effort.  fit factor shouldn't be the issue.
