Year One in Braselton, Ga is having a charity car show on September 19th.( Yes coonhunter this is the show!!!)
For the fourth year in a row Chip Foose will be the special guest and judge. I thought this might be a good GTG. I have gone for the past two years and got Chip's autograph. It is an awesome show with burnout contests (for you Viper) and other cool stuff. What do you guys and gals think?

Meeting Place: Brusters @ Mall of Georgia @ 2:00 p.m. ( we will leave from Brusters at approx. 2:30 to convoy to the show)
This is across the road from the main entrance to the Mall of Ga on Hwy 20. If you need further directions feel free to pm me.

Or you can meet us at the show if you want to get there earlier or can't meet us @ Brusters
Show Location: Year One   (just off I-85 at the Hwy 53 Exit in Braselton, GA.)
Time:  12:00 noon - 8:00 p.m.

Keep in mind the show is free, but if you want to enter your car it is $30. I will try to contact them and see if we can get a club discount if some are interested in being in the show! Thumbs up!

I noticed that a lot of people were getting Chip to sign their vehicles! A very popular spot was on the dash or somewhere in the interior.

Attending: Thumbs up!

I unfortunately can't make it since I'm already doubled book with an orchestra performance and work.  I did add it to the Region II calendar.

Depending on where we all may want to meet, I can lead us there. If anyone can think of a good spot to meet we can convoy from there, just let me know.
I should hopefully hear from Year One tomorrow morning about a discount on entering the show as a group. How many maybe interested in entering the show?? Of course getting into the show is free with free parking. There is just a fee for the Charity for entering the show.

I have thought about having everyone meet up at the Mall of Ga around 2:00. We can meet up at Brusters right across from the main entrance.

Yeah I was watching the weather a bit ago. There is a chance that it may be ok......they will have the show rain or shine according to the website, however if it rains like it did today?Huh then it probably wouldn't be fun for some  banghead

I will probably go anyway for a little while just because of the charity and it is close by, but if you have something else in mind let me know I am drawing a blank.....

Why can't the weather cooperate? A bit of a stretch for me in torrential rain. Doesn't look like it's going to let up anytime soon. Vette needs to stay parked today. You guys have fun, and thanks for the heads up, Mike.
