Hey y'all!

I'm going to install a factory nav/dvd system into my 2007 z71.  i have the 6 disc cd radio w/ bose and NO rear dvd.

I ordered a factory Nav / DVD system from ebay part #25846421.  (i'm 90% sure this is the correct one, please let me know if I'm wrong so i can sell it, lol)
i also ordered a VSS / voice wire harness for it, and the GPS antenna.

my questions are these:

1.  How hard is the install?  can anyone post pics of the radio removal / install? (i know it's asking a lot.. I'm not expecting this. but it never hurts to ask!)
2.  Is there anything else that i need?  besides taking it to the dealer to get it reprogrammed.

Thanks for all the help!

well, i got the navi used on ebay for $304.   got it in today, looks great.  slight scratches on the top, but nothing that should hurt it, and nothing that you can see once its installed.
i bought the vss / voice harness and the gps antenna together for like $120 off ebay.  hoping to install myself, and burn a copy of someone's map disc (if there isnt one in the navi already).

all in all i think im getting away from it pretty cheap, considering its like over 2k from dealer....

Well i got it installed.... and i've been back and forth from a dealer tech trying to get it programmed.  aparently its a head unit made by denso.. and now they use Delphi... so he's running into some trouble trying to get the VCI# from GM to program it... /sigh

** edit!  just talked to him, he got the VCI and im going to get it programmed in a few hours! muahahhaha.  i <3 free
