My husband installed a pair of Vizualogic Video Headrests in our Avalanche back in 2004.  They were the model before they started having built-in DVD players so we have an external DVD player.  The system worked fine for years, but now one of the monitors displays the "AV1" backward in the corner and there is a red warning in larger font across the middle (backwards).  Everything is mirrored.  I could not find the remote for these.  While the warning and AV1 are displayed backward, the display in black for about 10 seconds, then the warning is erased and the screen turns blue.

My husband is deployed right now, and we are hoping to sell his truck within the next couple of months possibly before he gets back.  Can anyone please tell me where to start??  If we don't sell it, we plan on driving it 3000 miles from WA to Alabama where family can babysit it for 2 years while we are stationed overseas in Japan.  I can't imagine the "Beast" on the roads in Japan!  Smiley  The 3000 miles will be with 3 kids so we NEED both screens to work!!

Any suggestions of where to start would help greatly!!

Thank you very much!!
