Hello everybody.I've been reading alot on the forum but never add to ask a question but now I'm really stock. My problem is I have a 2004 AV with Bose system w/o Onstar, I want to replace the radio witn a Clarion MAX685Bt.I bought the mopdule C2R-GM24 to install my radio. The problem is have the wiring diagram of the radio but aven't got it for the C2R-GM24.The wires aren't the same color on both harness.I have sound going through the amp (really good sound) but at night when I shot down the truck for the night, the radio shuts down and it will not open in the morning when I start my truck. It takes about 20 min before the radio restarts. I'm sure its a wiring problem .I tried to find the wiring diagram from PAC but no luck. Please I really need help.

Have you tried contacting PAC directly?

Or, a quick google search turned this up:  http://www.pac-audio.com/PACProductData/C2R-GM24/1_Instructions/c2r-gm24_instructions_060204.pdf

can you take a picture of it and post it for us where the wires are an issue .....

and are you sure that is the correct # on the harness that you have?  I could not figure out the 5 wires you are talking about unless they are from the factory harness ..... If that is the case then MS03 or ItsStoper could probably get you the diagram for the factory harness ....

What color are the wires in question?  The harnesses cover lots of vehicles, and not every wire needs to be attached in every application.

is the head unit turning on but you get no sound, or is the head unit not powering on when you start the truck?

Make sure the red wire goes to 12v+ when you turn the key on, the yellow should have 12v+ all the time.

Orange is typically your "dimmer" wire to dim the display on the radio with the lights.  One of them will vary voltage as you dim the dash lights, one will just go 12v+ when the lights are turned on.  Choose which one you want..
Blue (sometimes with a white stripe) is an antenna / amplifier lead.  attach this to the Blue wire coming from the PAC interface..

But really, all you need to hook up on your Clarion is the red, yellow, blue, black wires, and then the 4 RCA's.
