I'm looking to do something custom with my gauges but I was wondering if any one knew if the gauges in a 03 Z66 have a cable driven speedometer or a electronic speed sensor?

All Avalanches speedometers are driven by an electronic sensor.

I don't think any late model vehicles use speedometer cables any more.
