When braking and coming to a stop just before stopping the
engine seem to rev up again all on its own
I took it to chevy and they said its normal.
Its very annoying as it pulls the truck froward
does not happen all the time maybe 70%
i think . sometimes it revs more than others
surely it cant be normal???

X2 on specs/basic info

Guessing, I'm thinking throttle position sensor is acting up. Try unplugging the battery for about an hour, first. If this doesn't help it, put a code reader on it and see if anything comes up.

Any news? Of note, my 2002 Av does this to an extent if the tranny fluid is really cold. After a few miles, good to go. Pretty normal.
