Hi Georgia members,

I am here working on a long-term contract at Ft Gordon.  Just got in about 1:00 this morning.  Looks like I am going to be in your neck of the woods for a while.  My coworker and friend came here from Oklahoma...he is a little farther away than I am

What is the scoop on GTG's, etc?

We rented an apartment in the area to save on hotel expenses, but the place is empty.  Anybody got stuff for sale cheap...PCSing, etc?

You know you are about a week late to get stuff since Byron just moved and was getting rid of some stuff.  I wish I could help you on that.  I'll let you know about gtg....or at least dinner.

haha, yeah, I gave away lots of goodies in the pase few weeks.

I guess this confirms my RBB sighting today around 1300 at the intersection of Chamberlain Ave and Rice Rd.

Oddly enough, the gtg for this weekend is in Charlotte  Big laughter with tears

Here is the link.  Let me know as soon as you can if you want to go.  We already have some tickets bought and may have to get more.

That would be a big 10-4.  I have seen lots of Avs in this town, but haven't seen your truck around base though Byron.

You can put me down as a maybe for this.  I do like the idea that there will be both NC and GA people at the game.  Waiting for my buddy to get back to me on what is going on this weekend.  We had discussed going somewhere else, but that may have to wait.  If he is here he may want to go also so he would be a maybe too.

Are people carpooling up.  Is someone (who doesn't smoke...because I am allergic) up for a passenger?

I have the car here now...Lumina Z-34...saves me on gas...especially with the traffic around here.  It takes 20 minutes to go 4 miles sometimes!

Got to go to the hospital ball on base last night.  That was fun.
