D'OH!!!!! Its another Avalanche!

If any of you have done this procedure, could you  be kind enough to throw in any tips/pitfalls to avoid?  Perhaps what type of solder, flux, size of soldering gun you felt worked for you .    I would rather attempt this  before I shell out $350-$500 for just one bulb being out!  I can solder, but any tips are always helpful!  And do you have to pull the needle off the specific gauge to do this?

Here is a pic of the board, it look like you will have to remove all of the needles.

In this thread I have some pics of when I did my heater/ac controls

I use 60/40 solder and paste flux with (I think) a 75w iron.

You will have to remove the all needles, just lightly push them to the left until they stop, get some blue painters tape and mark the location on the cluster face so when you reinstall the needles straight up and then turn to the left until you line up with your tape..
