You may want to check your state's inspection codes or state  motor vehicle law's through state police since that many lights on at one time may be against the law in many areas.

I'm not really worried about that, since on my '03 Av I have 8 on at one time...  LoL  I'm just wondering if it can be done...  It's not for me, a couple of friends of mine have been asking, but I haven't been able to look at the factory setup to see if it can be done...  Just wondering if any here has already done it...

I don't think he is going to drive all the time with the all of them on Roll Eyes, just when needed.
