gtg/bbq potluck at Saguaro/ butcher jones picnic area Aug 24th


Any Input is appreciated...

ok so so far those interested include
Myself (1)        Bringing Ice, Water, sausage fixins and giveaway prizes, and water balloons
11h (#?)        bringing  buffalo wings
ghostwheel/azcavfandt (2)  paper plates, napkins, cups, and plastic forks, pretzels, hot dogs and hamburgers w/ buns and toppings for them

rlbarkle (2)  bringing  soda's
Fyxtion (1)  bringing italian sausage along with buns.
Kharless (2) bringing pasta salad
the_wifes_av (2-4) bringing chips and dip

OK Costs..... Butcher Jones cost will be $4 per vehicle, and if anyone wants to know... watercraft is an additional $2. If you want to and are aware of the regualtions for this area (which I am not) and you want to bring some "toys" (OHV's) you are more then welcome to. If there is any permits required and what not I have not clue.... if anyone would like to shed some light on this please do.

also if you have a set of horse shoes, bring them along as well (any games are welcome)

UPDATE:
For Random Drawing Giveaways thus far, I am happy to annouce that Thorobred Chevrolet has given a free Oil Change Voucher, From Napa Automotive a 12' long tie down, and Pep Boys has Donated some various automotive products.

I also have for giveaway to the group, granted these items are only availible from the store I recived them from, multiple free flat tire repair cards from Discount tire at Cooper and Warner, also at Cooper and Warner 1 free Large Pizza from Papa Johns.

I will keep this updated with anything else that will be availible to win by random drawing. Granted these are not large items, however as the local club grows, the giveaways will grow as well.

I think everyone had a great time at the gtg. The only issue we had was ants taking over the picnic table and our feet...  .  The ants especially liked the-wifes_av's been dip, however I dont think they liked 11h's hot wings.

All the food was great, and I had a great time talking and hanging out with the group.

Looking forward to our next gtg.

We had a really good time at the bbq. Thanks to everyone who came. It was great to meet new local av'ers.

I couldn't decide what was worse, the ant or the bee's. Next time we have to not feed them sprite.

I am glad everyone had a good time, with being new to the club, and only have attended one GTG prior to this (last month), I was alittle worried how it would turn out.
