FYI, In trying the "Go Now", at the bottom of the page, I got an error message...

"The file is damaged and could not be repaired."

Would someone like to address this?

Here goes the silly question.  On the brochure, There is a place for your name and Region.  (I understand it is asked not to alter it) But, is there a way to add (type) our name and reg. before printing it?

I tried to save it as a file and tried to go in and add it but couldn't.  Just thought typing it out would look better then some scribble with a pen.

you would have to use acrobat, which is very expensive and hard to use, even then , i'm pretty sure the file is locked. i just printed up some address labels
with my info to stick on them

finally got the printer at work fixed.  apparently, the barn cats liked to chase the light that moves in the printer/copier and they somehow jammed some parts and left fur behind!  so.... i have printed up a bunch of brochures ready for handing out only now i haven't seen any of the av's i saw when i didn't have anything to pass out, go figure.

I was actually thinking of doing the same thing....  I know www.vistaprint.com has some good deals on "free" cards (you pay only shipping), and decent rates on higher quality cards...

I get my cards at Office Depot, 1000 for about $10 with standard formats and black ink. Last time I got some.
OH YEA, I got tagged by RBB at Charleston AFB SC. Thats how I ended up here. I wax my AVALANCHE with Ultimate Prowax, it is easy to apply and buff, can do whole truck in less than an hour, and it looks great!

Antz (& Everyone Else)

I know we talked yesterday about this, but thought I would post it online.  I made my own business cards for CAFCNA.  I keep them in my wallet and AV so I can hand them out whatever I'm driving.  Made my own with pics from the Cabella's GTG.

I used the Avery 8371 Business Cards (can get from Office Depot, Staples, etc.) - Linky Thinky Here.

Then you can go to www.Avery.com and they have some free software.  They have a free version of their DesignPro that you can down load and run - Linky Thingy Here.  Took me just a few minutes to down load and make the cards.  I ended up only making a few (3 sheets of 10 = 30 cards) in case I want to make future changes.

I can't upload the pics of the cards here, but you got a sample.  Can do front and back too.

Picking up my AV tomorrow and already tagged my salesman on the phone when he called to say my AV is here.  I'm going to print out the dealer brochure but I think it's a bit out of date with prices for membership.  If I'm correct can someone update the form?

Form States:
1. "For $35 the first year and then $15 each year after that many of our members have elected to become Supporting Members."
-- All I found is Supporting Member:  Basic Level $20 and Premium Member $40.  I plan to tell the salesman this info.

2. "When you sign up a new Supporting Member CAFCNA will pay a finders fee of $5 to your dealership. Further if you wanted to provide the membership to your customers at no charge we will discount the price further to $30."
-- Is this still true for dealerships?  I'll let him figure that out if he joins.

Thanks!

Lets try and spread this out a little. I found this group through doing a Google search. Apart from that, I doubt if I would have ever heard of it. Up here in Halifax, Nova Scotia, we have alot of Av's but I have only seen maybe three or four with ambers. I shouldn't say much as I don't have them yet myself.

Anyway, I have just printed a few brochures to hand around up here.

I believe it folds in thirds....   Most people from what I have seen will just roll it up and stick it in the door handle...  That way the tag-ee has to see it!  Thumbs up!
