Image And URL Posting!

Confused. I want to change my avatar pic, another .jpg, but I cannot get it to accept in the Profile Modify. So, how do you add an avatar to your profile?, I had one before and it worked.

Click profile at top of any forum page:
Click Forum Profile information linky thingy:
Check the Will upload my own picture:
Browse your computer for file and select it:
go to bottom of page and hit CHANGE PROFILE

I need help with this too, please. I have tried and just do not know how to do this.   I have a pic saved on my hard drive and want to import it. I also tried to start an album, but was unable to figure that out either.    Any help will be greatly appreciated.

go to CAFCNA album....upload pic....Make sure sig pic is 500 pixel wide max and 100 pixel tall max....

then go to this pic and right click to get URL....Save this url...

then go to you profile and find where you can edit your sig....one of them button thingys on left side gets you to correct page here..

then insert following into your sig:

Code:

[img]INSERT PIC URL HERE[/img]

and it will work...

you don't have enough posts to link images yet. There was some trouble with spammers, so there is a minimum number required before that becomes enabled... the number is unknown for security reasons

I just got started posting pics (big thanks to Anglarry04).

It adds alot to the fun. Jump in there and start posting and start an account on Photobucket (it's free)

After that it's just point and click.

Hunt up some of the members in your area and attend a Get-To-Gether and start Modding your ride.

Ok, confusion abounds!  I thought I had my gallery set up...I thought I properly uploaded my .wmv file...thought thought thought....

Now I can't find it...and I'm not convinced that I created my gallery either...I've read through all these threads, but most of it's Greek and I feel like and ijit...

 

Ok, I just figured the album out and now have one!  I think I can get this done...

hi all i have tried to upload some of my av pics and they r now where to be found that is i cant find them anyway..when i try too upload more it says i cant i will go over the 1000 bite  or my pics r too big not really sure anyway if anyone can help that would be great ..

btwe if u see my truck let me know ok it has blue flames on the front panels and the truck is black 03 love my truck

Your problems are no doubt due to your post count. Due to problems with SPAMMERS we had to make some changes and one of them was limiting site permissions to new members. Continue to post, join in on whatever conversations interest you and before you know it all privileges will be available to you.
