Bought mine used in Dec 02 with 6000 on it.  Currently have 66,000 on it.
Not planning on getting rid of it any time soon, especially not for for an 07.

I'm in!  Took delivery 6-1-01 and has a whopping 21,370 miles on her!  I have had 3 different people want to buy her the last two months because you cannot find any used ones.  Or it could be because you could eat off the engine compartment or door jams of mine.

2002 Summit White Z-71.  Took delivery 6/1/2001 and has build code in the first 200.  Special ordered the first day you could place order.  20" SS Silverado Wheels, billet grille & fuel door, SS Headlamps, turn signals and fogs, diamond plate Z-71 decals, painted Avalanche lettering all around, Z-71 hitch cover, Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet Dealership plaque.  Clean front end not drilled for license plate.   22k miles as of 04/01/06.

Purchased it new in Feb 02, have 38K miles and just got back from the dealer with my scheduled oil and lube.  I do have my eye on the 07 AV and look forward to a possible trade in.  Oh yeah, on my way home a guy with a 02 AV (just purchased used) stopped me to ask about my sportwing.  Needless to say, I told him about the club and our local chapter.  Glad to see my AV can still turn heads.

I kept mine 06/01 to 06/04 only 13,000 miles, I'd still have it but...
the trade for loaded '04 Z71 7,000 miles was too good to pass up.

The dealership owned mine on a two year lease until 2003, I bought it in August of 2003 with 9200 miles on it, and just turned 31,900. Guess it makes me a first owner.  Love my Avalanche!
