Post up when you're available for lunch short notice on a weekend and pick a place near you and the I-75 corridor. Freebie is in that area and it's still about halfway between MS03 and me.

The tart granny smith apples are mmmmmmm..........

It was very relaxing, short drive an only an hour or so orchard visit (UM/MSU was coming on)

Go ahead and pick a time and place and I'll see what we can do. Just like today, it was a last minute thing. Mrs. AVid is a retail manager and this is getting to be her busy time of year. She starts 60-70 hours a week soon. That's the reason we won't be in Frankenmuth next weekend.  (for all the ladies...she sells diamonds!)

Lucky me Wendy doesn't wear much jewelery  Thumbs up! 

The Bean can pick a time/place ? Cheap is good  Cheesy  We have some cold/wet days coming soon, a hot meal, change of scenery and a few laughs is good for the spirit, Pontiac area is about halfway between me and Byron. Pretty short drive for a few other members too.

Almost forgot, shortly before we left a black '02 Z71 pulled in with one DRL out. I ambled over, gave him a verbal tag for the club and a pack of clear/slightly used DRLs. Bought 3 packs of amber DRLs cheap but already gave them away to other Avalanche drivers.
