Hello all.

I have a strange request for a little assistance from you.  My son is 7, and he has a small coin collection, and he has been searching for the South Dakota state quarter for some time (I am pretty sure it is a 2006).  He lost a tooth yesterday, and was very disappointed this morning that the tooth fairy brought him gold dollars and not the SD quarter!  banghead (gotta love kids!)

What I was hoping is that one of you has a SD quarter that you could mail to my son so he can add it to his collection.  If there is anyone who has one laying around, I would appreciate it greatly if you could help me out!

I live in Massachusetts, but was born on Ellsworth AFB in SD.  My son thinks I should "know some people there."  Roll Eyes  Thanks in advance for the help!

I'm not in SD, but when I get home I'll go through my huge spare change collection and see if there's a SD quarter in there somewhere.......

Neither did I. Its the size of a nickle with a stamp of a elevated train
with "Detroit Transportation Corporation" around it

the other side
  "DPM"
with "City of Detroit" around it.

Ah yes, the "people mover"... Detroit's idea of public transportation... 8-9 stops, one small circle, kinda a joke.  Nice to get from a Red Wings game to the casino, but thats about it.  More of a scenic ride around town than anything else!
