What is the power source for those of you that have installed the Delphi?  Are you using the cig adaptor in the car kit or hard wiring?  If hard wired, where did you hook up to?

One note, it you "hardwire" the unit, DO NOT cut off the cig. adapter!  The adapter aslo acts as a voltage reducer.  The delphi runs at 6.5v, not 12v.  Just make sure you solder wires on the circuit board in the cig adapter, otherwise bye bye delphi!  You can get the power right behind the radio, constant and ground.
If your not an "electrician", just buy a cig adapter plug from radio shack and hardwire that piece!
Have fun!
