This is a user directed camera in the middle of pigeon forge.  You can turn it back and forth and zoom in on stuff.  Be careful - this is addictive!!!

Its call a PTZ Camera, Pan Tilt Zoom. My new job is designing and supporting security systems using these types of Security Camera systems...

Here is a site you will like, they have a Robot arm you can play with.

Nope, you may need some kind of Flash, active X or something though... Also probably have to use IE.7.0+.

Works fine for me with Firefox...   but it does require Flash/ActiveX (or similar....)
