We plan to arrive in Arbuckle, California (The Putnam Road exit) at 10:00 AM

Arbuckle is located approximately 12.5 miles North of the junction of I-5 and I-505
There are easy on and off ramps at the Putnam Road exit

It is about 1.0 hours driving distance from your AND my front door to this "spot" so we should be able to leave
our respective front doors about 9 AM to meet at 10AM

Going I-5 is adding a lot more time and miles to the trip. I am going to take 95 out of Vegas and head up that gosh forsaken road into Reno then over through Susanville and up.  Thanks for the offer but it would mean going way out of the way.

I just now saw the updated posts.  Somehow I didn't get the email notifications.  Anyway, yes we will meet you at 10AM'ish.  We'll leave our house about 8:15'ish cause we have to drop off Minik and Candy.

We were going to bring them cause the hotel accepted pets, but by the looks of the weekend itinerary, not all places accept pets so there goes that.

FYI

Lots of smoke, low visibility along I-5. Smoke and visibility gets a lot better around Red Bluff.
The only fire that's even close to the freeway is due west of the city of Shasta and about 5 to 8 miles west of I-5.
