Title: 2002 Avalanche auto-climate control resistor part # needed.
Post by: Danc30 on June 7, 2018, 12:48:41 PM
I posted this in basic electrical, but I just read that section is not for systems.  Hopefully someone can answer for me.

I have a 02 Z66 edition (on road package) and my blower stopped working altogether. I replaced the blower and now it doesn't work on the higher settings.  It works for a few seconds and then shuts off.  I am thinking resistor and 7 plug harness.

Problem is, I have an auto control unit where you can't set a digital setting and there is no dual control for both sides.  Haven't seen anyone with this particular control unit.

Can someone tell me what resistor and 7 plug harness I need.

How do I attach a picture?

Does this work?

Thanks in advance, Dan

see picture for what I found at PArts Geek.
I suggest going under there and remove existing and check it for PN and take picture then go seacrh on line and see if something Like I found works.
