Anyone still posting here?

Not a long time member so I'm beating bushes trying to get these old farts to fess up on their extensive knowledge. I try to share the little I know too.

I just found this club the other day, hoping I didnt miss out on all the community! I have recently come to really love the avalanche, and im planning on getting one soon, Im in talks to pick up an 09' LTZ.

It's a running joke here in Iowa about the north territory (the great white north), that they say EH after every sentence and and call anyone not from there "hosers". Usually I think it was used after a statement of fact or just a statement with no meaning, it wasn't meant as a question. Maybe I missed something in the translation?

frito, I'm from St. Louis, now live in Iowa, have lived in many states in the south, west, and east of the Big River since I became an adult (never have matured unfortunately). The only time I've said "please" is when I ask for something and then I say thank you ...
Am I missing what you mean?

EXT4ME, same here.... just a habit.

1. Canada is not a territory it’s a country.😏
2. I haven’t heard anyone use the word hoser in 30 years.🤷🏼‍♂️
3. Bob and Doug McKenzie were fictional characters from a TV show in the 80’s called “The Great White North, eh.
🤣
