I just purchased a 2008 LT Avi. Coming over from 2006 Z71 Tahoe. Trying to upgrade sound system first. I think I have the correct parts but wanted to make sure. Also, am I using the best parts? ARe any of these not-advised to use? Are there cheaper ones that do the same thing?

Connecting harness -
iDataLink Maestro HRN-RR-GM5 GM5+ - Plug and Play T-Harness for GM Vehicles, With Speaker
I'm using an Avic-6200 with JBL 6.5 and a kenwood amp. not using a Sub,, not my thing anymore, I'm 54! lol
removing the tweeters as these speakers do me just fine in teh doors with their 3 way setup.
all advice and pointers are welcome! now to go look for the dash disassembly method!
