The rubber u-channel portion on these parts is starting to split and tear and is pretty brittle and just generally looks like crap. New ones appear to be part numbers 25820729 (LH / Drivers side) and 25820730 (RH / Passenger side), and seem to be available for between ~ $65-$100 for each part. Kinda gross for what it is.

Anyone know (or tried?) to use the silverado part numbers of these? For some reason there are chineseum versions on ebay for ~$16 for both in a set. Those appear to be respective part numbers 15946001 & 15946002.

Looking at the pictures of the respective parts its really hard to tell, assuming the pictures that were used on the various posts and sites are even accurate to the part numbers in question, which is typically a bit of a crap shoot.

Just throwing this out there in case anyone has any experience that definitively knows one way or the other on this before I go maybe take a flyer on the cheap fix first as a guinea pig. TIA!
