LTZ Rear Bumper on LS (07+) ???

How much work would it be, and what parts would be need to go from my stock LS rear bumper to the LTZ style one with the backup sensors? I already have the sensors in my bumper, so I can just move them ver (I hope the fit in the holes). But what else would I need besides the new bumper cover?

I like your style of doing things, you do like replacing parts don't ya?    my .02 is keep your old bumper it looks better with the black you have going on now.
