My main things I am looking in a '03-'06 for in order:
1) 6-passenger
2) Z71
3) cladded (no WBH)
4) steering wheel controls.

That interior looks just like mine. I love the optional 3rd seat in the front.

The price is not bad, but you could probably get them to go lower. My wife would twist their  arms and get a grand dropped.
