Hey yall, I think I found the answer. I was in O'rielly auto parts and ran across a product made by Bondo, called bumper black. Its a spray on black for plastic and flexible parts. It dries fast goes on easy. You might want to mask some areas to protect them. I sprayed may front air dam under the front bumper first to see how it looked and applied. I was blown away, so I did the side steps, Oh my God, then the rear bumper covers, looking good. Then the big what you call it that makes a avanache an avalanche. Any way the truck looks like new. One can did the whole truck, although I could use a little touch up.

He mentioned "rear bumper cover" so I'm guessing cladded.

If it holds up I might try it in the spring when I can be certain of a warm/dry/clean surface.

Two words.

Well it's the best for cladding.  I use it on my plastic too.
