Cut a 2by 23 inches long and used it to remove the sag in the 3rd bed cover... we'll see how long the 2by is needed.  :B:
Ive had a 2x4 under mine for two years and its still needed

My decals came in from Tribal AV, so I got my rear window graphics on here at the kitchen table, eating a turkey manhattan before I take it back out, lol

Popped on the levelling kit, before and after pic!

Ambers (they've been in for a week or so now, but meh)

disclaimer: previous owner caused the dings in the push bar.

Removed my tailgate, kind of surprised it fit in here, haha...just gotta replace the handle and it can go back on!

Finished installing a set of mud flaps behind the tires. The wider tires(10 inches wide) on my 24 inch rims make that somewhat of a necessity. Also put in 3157 switchback LEDs to replace the original white set I had for 4 years. These new ones are by far brighter and blink amber to boot.

Amber DRL bulbs, Hella driving lights, and installed my Edge Evolution CS programmer.  Still to do....bug shield, nerf bars, and tranny cooler.

Put the bug shield and nerf bars on today.  Bug shield took about 5 minutes, nerf bars about 2 hours.  Those body mount bolts are long and took forever to screw in and out!  Other than that, it was a pretty simple install.  Another set of hands would make it go quicker but its easy enough for one guy.  Next, the tranny cooler!

Boxed in the lower control arms on the rear. Used 1/8 x 2 x 18 steel flat. Cost 16.00. Noticeably tightened up the rear suspension. Cheapest mod yet.

I'm running to the window every 10 minutes just to look at my beautiful girl AVA.

5 weeks ago I did the ol' Slip and Slide in an unsalted Ice and Water covered parking lot.
I ended up taking out the taillight and the inner and outer fender up to the filler neck, and cracking the bumper cover.

I figured about 2-3 grand worth of damage, but the final tally was $8976.24 !!!

I have a few rust bubbles on the rear quarter of my 2002.
I thought maybe one day I'll get it replaced when the rust gets really bad.
But not at $9000!  :o

Speaking of rust bubbles, when the fender was removed, we noticed that the General puts a closed cell foam on the inside of the fender, between the door and the tire, it was totally wet and had surface rust all around it, it had even made a tiny pinhole to the outside!
Beware 2007+ owners. this is gonna be a trouble area. There is no way to get to it to remove the foam (other than remove the entire fender!)

Am I dreaming?  I thought GM stopped this practice after 2003, or 2004.

Just paint them white, draw little faces on them and tell everyone they are scrubbing bubbles.  :4:

Took out front differential. Needs a bearing kit and the axle fork collard that locks the axles together.
