Took the center console out of the truck, took it apart and cleaned 10 years worth of spilled soda, coffee, cool aid and who knows what else  out of it. Then I put it back together

Put a new set of Michelins on the AV, went  to dealers to have a lube job, looked at a new Granite Blue AV, come down another 3k and I'll sign the deal, lol.

Handwash and fixed some paint chips and scratches on saturday.  Went over the whole truck with Meguirer's Ultimate compound and a coat of deep crystal wax on sunday.  I'm pretty happy with the results, and glad to get everything fixed up before the winter (and rust) sets in.  It looked really nice as the sun went down, all shiny and what not.

About 2 hours later it rained, and is supposed to keep raining for the next 3 days.  :(

Well...it failed inspection, so I started making the required repairs.  I removed the passenger side outer tie rod end and the driver's side upper control arm.  As I was leaving for work, the control arm came in, so I'll put that half back together tomorrow.

did 1/2 of my brakes today... other 1/2 tomorrow.  :cuss:............ Last time I did my brakes I didnt take the rims off because all I did was replace the pads, and with 28" rims there is enough room that you can take the calipers off without taking he rim off.. but this time I had to turn the rotors ...now my back hurts too much to finish.. 28" rims aint light

Added drain tubes from the rear drain trays down behind the bed panels to the rear bed drains.
Also ran a length of tubing through the center of the rear bedcover weather stripping. Hopefully this will help seal it a little better against the tailgate.
Wash and wax tomorrow.

I cut a hole in my floorboard, and replaced the fuel pump.  Only took me 4 hours, and that is including a trip to the store to get the tool to change the cutting wheel on the grinder.

Ok.

The white powder is talc. So far it's sealing well except for one spot. And the drains work great. No more water under the rubber mat.

Well, haven't done it yet, but got this on Friday: 3" Body Lift 10183 w/Gap Guards .

It arrived Friday - missing only one 3/8-16 x 1-3/4" Bolt!  Not bad for saving about $600!  And yes, it came WITH the gap guards.

I did a new flashlight mod. I mounted 2 identical flashlights under my Rear Seat. I used my speaker box as a mounting point and it turned out great. The flashlights are Gunmetal and LED. They are bright then my 4 cell and these are only 2 cell.
I posted a pic for refernece.
