"Click" or "Popping Sound" under drivers side floor when turning?????

When I turn my wheel to the far right or left. I hear one "click" or "Pop" coming from under the drivers side floor up under the pedals sounds like it may be something gone or going bad in my steering. I drive an 07 anyone familiar with this sound that can direct me to what it may be. Im not much of a mechanic so I kinda hate taking it to the dealer if I can help it with out some knowledge of what it could be first. Thanks

ps. it doesnt happen at speed. mostly in a parking lot or turning at a stop sign.

I haven't heard of this happening on an 07 but on earlier years, it was the intermediate steering shaft needed either replacing or lubrication.

Do a search for "intermediate steering shaft" and you should find a bunch of info.
