I think the AMC PLAZA (401 @ Thickson Road Whitby, ON) may be the best location.
It's easily accessible from the highway and has plenty of food and activities to keep us out of trouble!!
If we want to venture out somewhere else after we all meet up that would be great too.
Voting will end May 1st 2012.

I wish I could be part of this cause it sounds like so much fun, however, I have sold my house and will be moving to Northern Ontario at the end of May.  Wishing you all a ton of fun and many new friends.

Maybe if this becomes an annual GTG I will be able to attend next year.  :B: :D
 
Seems like July is the front runner, I was planning on being in the region in June, so it doesnt look good for me..  :needhug:

It looks like July, I hope we can get quite a few people to attend. This will definitely be a good time for all!

Done July 7 is the best date for me.
 
So I guess July 21 is it, no problem I will have to adjust the schedule. I can do this.  (y)
 
i cant pick a date yet  so ill just have to take a chance at what date is picked

my work has not given me my on call schedule yet that was due in Jan. this makes it very difficult to make dates when i  have no clue when im going to do my 24/7 rotation.

At least you get a schedule!  I'm stuck on call 24/7 365.  Unless I'm on vacation, I'm on call.
