NATIONALS in Louisiana?? 2014 I need your input

I was a member of the lxfourms and we had a shindig every year... and we had 200+ cars show up

This is an event that the club helps coordinate every year..  Then there are numberous events throughout the year in each state/region.

as a matter of fact the one Loggie proposed looks really good (even with the parking at that hotel). do you know the area? and/or do you have any other areas to fit in place.  :cool:

If this gets selected, I'm going to have to make a couple of trips to check things out and coordinate stuff......and hit a casino or three lol >:D
 
Loggie, after you suggested New Orleans at the recent meet,  that made my wife smile.  Would love to see the Gulf again.  Someone else mentioned about September being less muggy than July? Maybe push the Nationals to Labor Day Weekend.
 
I've been in New Orleans for a GTG and loved it.
 
weather here is hot and muggy from June thru mid/end of sept...
This corresponds with Hurricane season...

Best time to visit is any time but pick your weather...

I would not be able to do later as school starts and the soccer season begins that weekend as well.

Only if someone steps ups and makes a proposal and then it is choosen as our National GTG for 2014.......get with your CC's and make it happen!
