Brush guard question...

I have a 2003 Z-66.

Will any 2003 Chevy brush guard / bull bar work or does it need to be avalanche specific

I found a good deal on one but it says it is for "2003 Avalanche 2500"... Is the bumper/tow hooks set up different? I am confused....

I don't believe so, for the silverrado the frame for the 1500 is different to the 2500. This matters because the body is 2 inches higher off the frame, so that means that the brackets will not line up with the tow hooks. I would assume this holds true with the Avalanche. Good Luck!

I did the exact opposite. I have an 03 2500 and bought a brush guard for a 1500. The mounting brackets that came with the brush guard were worthless for my application. I had to make my own brackets.
