I was driving home from a business trip yesterday (in a rental car) and spotted a White(ish) Black Diamond with ambers on I-78 between Allentown and Harrisburg. It had Florida plates that indicated the owner was in the Army - 66th Cavalry Division.
I was in a silver Ford Taurus. I was going to try to catch him at a rest stop, but he dove off from the fast lane and I couldn't make the exit.
