Probably a real newbe question...

I just got a 2006 AV and it has a very faded Z71 sticker on each rear corner and has an LT badge on each side behind the rear door.  Is this truck an LT or a Z71 or a Z71 LT?  I have not checked for the requisite skid plates and wonder if they may have been removed when the lift was installed for rooms sake.

I understand that quite a bit has been done to this truck from the Mod standpoint, some of it (the exhaust in particular) leaves something to be desired.

I don't have any pics yet and once I get a few and learn how to post them I will do so for clarification.

The LS and LT are trim packages on the 05-06 models, on the 07s up they added the LTZ trim package.

So yes you came have a LT Z71.

Now on the 02-06  models the Z71 option is a 4 wheel drive suspension package, on the 07 Z71 could be 2 or 4 wheel drive.
