2013 Adjustable Pedals...Don't

Already checked the engine compartment fuse (even swapped it), and no change.  Anyone have success fixing this?  Haven't found much helpful information.
 
Do you have memory seats. RPO  AN3
 
If you can, pull the plug off and test for 12 volt power on the purple and yellow wire.  One should be hot for extending and one for retraction. It's way up under the dash.
