Bad grounds, I hate them - RADIO NOISES WHINES

When listening to the AM radio on my Pioneer that was installed by the PO (Previous Owner) I get spark noise when applying the brakes, its the brake light switch closing I'm sure. I get motor noise when the windows are operated, I'm sure other things make noise too but i haven't found them yet. Now when I was an installer I grounded the radio chassis and the hood and had no issues. Anyone got any other ideas?

Did you check your ground strap on the hood.
