Part Number for tailgate inner panel screws?

I have been having some problems with my tailgate handle.  I wanted to pop off the inner panel and inspect and have found these screws are rusted in.  penetrant, heat nothing will help, so I think I need to drill them out.

I have been trying to find the part numbers for the replacment screws with no luck?

Anyone know what they are or where to get them?

Sorry I don't have a part number.

But if none is available, perhaps a stroll through a nearby salvage yard would yield some good results.

Or maybe something with the same thread size and length at a big box store.

Some auto parts stores carry little packages of odds and ends like screws and fasteners.

I have had to get little rubber bumps stops and springs and such like that.

They have all kinds of weird stuff.
